At Timberland we are focused on ensuring our returns process is easy to understand, and even easier to use. Please follow the process listed below in order to return your product quickly and have any applicable refund processed.
Visit www.timberlandonline.co.uk/myorder, enter your order number, and click ‘create a return’ (for registered customers, you can access your order history here). Select the items you may want to return and the return method (drop off to a collection point or carrier pick up at preferred address), then print the label provided
Pack the order in your original box, including the consignment note with the return reason selected.
Attach the new label ensuring the original label is covered (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible)
Drop your return into any available Collect+ locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date
You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (2-3 business days).
