Ordering | My Bag
When you are shopping on the timberlandonline.co.uk and click "Add to My Bag", the selected item is saved into your Bag, which holds products you might wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Bag will remain there until they are purchased or removed during your shopping session.
Options in My Bag
Update the quantity. To do this, select the appropriate quantity you wish to purchase from the drop down box and click "Update".
Remove an item from your Bag. To remove an item completely from your Bag, simply click "Remove" next to the respective item.
Enter a promotion code. If you have a promotion code, enter it in the space provided and click "Apply" to see the discounted price.
Continue shopping. If you wish to continue shopping, you can use My Bag to store items you wish to purchase. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Bag by clicking on "My Bag" at the top of the page.
Proceed to Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Proceed to Checkout". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping guarantee click here.
Save My Bag. If you are not ready to purchase the products in your Bag now, you can save your Bag and retrieve it within the next 48 hours (after that it will automatically be removed). Please note that due to the nature of this service, we cannot guarantee and/or advise on availability changes and/or price changes that might occur on the products that are saved. In the event that there have been changes to price, the most current price will be stated at the Checkout
Edit Details. If you wish to view or change your selection, click on “Edit Details” next to the item you wish to change. This will bring up a Quick View of the selected product where you can change your choice or size or colour. Make the appropriate selections or changes, then click “Update Bag” to return to My Bag.
