Shipment Method:
Customised products are shipped using an expedited delivery service to minimise transit time. Custom orders are not eligible for Express delivery and/or free shipment promotions. Please consult each customisable product page for more detail on shipping methods.

Shipping Time:
Manufacturing time for customised products varies depending on the style. Please review shipping information on each customisable product page for more detail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Each unique customised product will be shipped separately, regardless of quantity ordered. Identical customised products will be shipped together. Shipping time for customised products is approximate and specific to the amount of time your product spends in transit once it leaves the Timberland manufacturing facility.
