Shipping|Tracking Your Order
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship and generally appear on our website along with your order information. Orders placed on our website may be delivered by several different shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Standard and Express deliveries are shipped via UPS and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website, when it becomes available.
The status of your order is easy to find:
Check your email. You will receive emails at the email address you supplied during checkout; keeping you up-to-date on your order status.
Visit the website. Sign in through the My Account section to view your Order History 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders. If you do not have an account with us you can still track your order - simply go to the My Account page but instead of signing in, go to the Track Your Order section at the bottom of the page, fill in your order details and "check status".
Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customerservice@timberlandonline.co.uk, or call us at 0800 023 2478. Please note that calls to 0800 023 2478 that are not made from a UK landline may be subject to a charge.
How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by Timberland and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Standard and Express deliveries are shipped via UPS and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible by you via the Track Your Order link on the My Account login page when it becomes available.
